Donations made to OLF are generally non‑refundable. However, refunds may be considered only under exceptional circumstances, including:

• Duplicate or accidental transactions
• Technical or processing errors by the payment gateway
• Unauthorized transactions (subject to verification)

To initiate a review, requests must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the transaction date.

All refund decisions are made at the discretion of Orphan Love Foundation and in accordance with banking and regulatory requirements.
